The talented and hardworking young singer/songwriter, hailing from Centurion, Pretoria has spent the recent years performing with the likes of Die Heuwels Fantasties, Jesse Clegg, WONDERboom, Arno Carstens, Piet Botha, Monark, Tailor, Koos Kombuis, Bad Peter, Charlie Finch and comedian Schalk Bezuidenhout. She has also featured on several leading local music festivals such as KKNK, Pure & Crafted Festival, Splashy Fen Music Festival, Innibos Laeveld Nasionale Kunstefees and Aardklop Nasionale Kunstefees.

With an amazing voice and passion for music, she writes her own music, shaping her tunes on either the guitar, ukulele or piano with a keen sense of musicality.

For her debut album, Bianca Blanc has composed all of the featured tracks, working closely with leading producer Matthew Fink to shape the arrangement and produce a truly fine album. The album also features a stellar cast of supporting musicians including acclaimed trumpeter Adam Howard and in demand studio musician Rob O'Brien (bass, fretless bass and electric guitar).

Her debut single "Butterflies" earned her a remarkable 12 weeks at the number 1 spot on the 5FM Top 10@10 Pop chart.

"All My Life" was the much anticipated follow up single to Bianca Blanc's debut hit "Butterflies" released by Just Music in November last year. It was released in advance on all major digital music services including Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music on Friday 22 June 2018. This light hearted, catchy single is a bona fide earworm that highlights Bianca Blanc's penchant for delivering a hit song.

"At the time I wrote "All My Life' I was in a really good place. The song is about waiting, literally all your life, for that special someone and then finally it happens, you fall in love with your best friend."

The accompanying music video was shot on location at Bianca's "home away from home" as she calls it, Railways Cafe in Irene, Centurion.

The video was directed by Jaun-Piere Buys from JPB Media Productions, while Bianca was beautifully styled by Forever New South Africa. Photoographer Jacqui van Staden traveled specially from Darling in the Western Cape to photograph Bianca Blanc.

"Step Right Up" is the brand new single taken from the multi-talented hit maker's self titled debut album. The single is a delirious fusion of dance-pop striding atop a catchy-as-hell synth hook infused by Blanc's undeniable powerhouse vocals.

Bianca's 4th single "Good Vibes" is currently enjoying extensive radio play on major radio stations across the country.

Bianca Blanc signed to leading independent record label Just Music in June 2017 after her undeniable talent shone through at the Just Music Live Acoustic Sessions.

Bianca has appeared in various print publications including Rekord Centurion, Get It Magazine, Huisgenoot, Pretoria News, FAME Magazine and People Magazine. TV appearances include The Mic, Expresso, Hectic on 3, #WTFTumi and The Morning Show.

Off stage, Bianca is a vocal and songwriting coach at Studio Cha Vocal Coaching & Artist Development. She is also currently pursuing her Bachelor of Education studies at NWU.

In July 2018, Deezer, the world's most personal music streaming service, announced Bianca Blanc as the Deezer NEXT priority act for South Africa, class of 2018/2019. Bianca Blanc commented: "To be announced as a new Deezer NEXT artist is amazing. I am equally humbled, excited and grateful for this accolade. It offers me an immense opportunity for growth and exposure to audiences around the world. I believe in myself and it is wonderful that Deezer believes in me."

"This Heart", a song written by and taken from Bianca Blanc's debut album, recently made it to the semi-finals of the International Songwriting Competition which is a remarkable achievement as only 10% of the almost 19 000 entries were selected as semi-finalists.

On 14 June 2019 Deezer released a new Deezer Sessions EP with Bianca Blanc. Once again produced by Matthew Fink, the four track EP consists of three re-worked tracks from Bianca's self-titled debut album and a cover of her favourite song by Francois van Coke.

On this exclusive EP Bianca experiments with different musical styles by creating a sultry jazz version of her hit single "Butterflies", a moody ballad of "Fire" wrapped in Flamenco guitar from Martin Schofield of WONDERboom fame and an upbeat tropical house remix of "Good Vibes" by Ramdaz.

Bianca also shares her personal favourite song with her fans with the beautiful ballad cover of "Behoort Aan Niemand Nie" by iconic musician Francois van Coke. The song features a string arrangement by Wlado Alexander and is the first official song that Bianca has recorded in Afrikaans, her mother tongue.

"This has been an incredible project. I've been afforded a wonderful opportunity to work with different musicians and explore creative avenues that I haven't worked in before. I'd like to thank Deezer for their continued support and I'm very excited to share my Deezer Sessions EP with all my fans."

Bianca Blanc Deezer Sessions is released through Just Music and is available right now on Deezer.

The talented in-demand drummer Louis Malherbe and multi-instrumentalist Brandon Holz joined Bianca Blanc in August 2019 to form a 3-piece band who gives an energetic live performance.
